저는 펜을 주된 매체로 작업하는 일러스트레이터입니다. 저의 작품은 아르누보(Art Nouveau)의 우아한 장식성과 한국 전통 미술의 아름다움에서 많은 영향을 받고 있습니다. 자연에서 발견되는 유기적인 형태와 흐르는 선, 그리고 꿈과 동화 같은 상상 속 세계를 탐구하며 이를 저만의 시각으로 표현하고 있습니다. 주로 펜을 사용하여 섬세한 선과 디테일을 쌓아가며 작업하고, 때로는 수채화를 더해 작품에 부드러운 색감과 분위기를 담아냅니다. 여성 인물은 제 작업에서 자주 등장하는 중요한 소재이며, 자연과 장식적 요소가 어우러진 환상적인 장면 속에서 새로운 이야기를 만들어냅니다. 제 작품은 일러스트레이션, 아르누보, 동화, 그리고 때로는 타로 카드에서 느껴지는 상징성과 신비로운 분위기가 자연스럽게 교차하는 지점에 자리하고 있습니다. 현실을 재현하기보다는 상상과 아름다움이 공존하는 세계를 시각적으로 구현하는 데 관심을 두고 있습니다. 섬세한 선과 장식적인 구성, 그리고 몽환적인 분위기를 통해 관람자들이 자신만의 해석과 상상을 펼칠 수 있는 작품을 만드는 것이 저의 목표입니다. I am an illustrator who works primarily with pen and ink. My work is strongly influenced by the elegant decorative qualities of Art Nouveau and the beauty of traditional Korean art. I am inspired by organic forms found in nature, flowing lines, and dreamlike, fairytale worlds, which I reinterpret through my own visual language. Using pen as my primary medium, I create highly detailed illustrations built through intricate linework. Occasionally, I incorporate watercolor to introduce softness and atmosphere. Female figures are a recurring subject in my work, often appearing within imaginative settings where nature and decorative elements intertwine. My artistic practice exists at the intersection of illustration, Art Nouveau, fairytale imagery, and the symbolic atmosphere often associated with tarot cards. Rather than depicting reality, I am interested in creating visual worlds where imagination, beauty, and storytelling coexist. Through detailed linework, ornamental compositions, and a dreamlike aesthetic, I aim to create artworks that invite viewers to explore their own interpretations and sense of wonder.
