Description

I was assigned an observational drawing exercise at school. The task was simple: draw exactly what you see. However, I found this approach somewhat tedious. So I went to a place where I often sit while sipping coffee, and with a touch of playful rebellion, I decided to draw everything I was actually perceiving. I even incorporated the very paper I was drawing upon into the composition itself, creating a recursive form where another sheet exists within the depicted paper. This process felt remarkably joyful and whimsical, and I am quite pleased with the finished work.
