I'm not receiving the verification email for sign up+

Please check in the following order.

  1. SpamPlease check your spam folder. Emails from 'NURLY' or 'noreply@nurly.art' may have been marked as spam.
  2. Entered at the time of sign-upVerify your email addressPlease verify your email. If there are any typos, you may not receive our messages.

  4. Some email services like Naver and Daum may deliver external emails with a delay. We recommend using Gmail.

If you can't remember your password, you can use the password reset feature coming soon or contact us for assistance.

The authentication link has expired+

The authentication link is valid for 24 hours for security purposes.LoginPlease verify your email again from your account settings after that.

If you haven't received it after three attempts, please check your mobile carrier's SMS settings or contact us for assistance.

The verification code has expired+

For security purposes, the authentication code is valid forValid for 5 minutes onlyPlease click the resend button to receive a new verification code.

Invalid authentication code+

Please verify the 6-digit number you entered. If you enter it incorrectly 5 or more times, authentication attempts will be temporarily restricted for security reasons. Please try again shortly.

Log In

I have the correct password, but I cannot log in+

Please complete email verification first to log in. Check the verification email you received when signing up.

If the problem persists, your account may be temporarily locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts. Please try again in 15 minutes.

You'll be redirected to the login screen after logging in+

Your browser's cookie settings may be blocked. Please check your cookie permissions in normal mode, not in Incognito/Safari Private mode.

How do I apply as an artist?+

Artist Registration ApplicationPlease submit your real name, artist name, portfolio, and artist statement at . We will review your submission within 3–5 business days and notify you of the result via email.

I've been approved as an artist. Where can I upload my works?+

Please log in using the temporary password\nsent in the confirmation emailArtist LoginAfter logging in, you can change your password and register your work in 'Register Artwork'. Your registered works will be published on the site after review by NURLY administrators.

My registered artwork is not showing on the site+

Artworks are published after admin review and typically processed within 1-2 days. You can check the review status of your work (pending/approved/rejected) on the Artist Portal dashboard.

How do I purchase artwork?+

Currently, NURLY operates on an inquiry-based system. When you click the 'BUY/Inquiry' button on the artwork detail page, your inquiry is sent directly to our team. A card payment system will be added soon.

Are refunds and exchanges available?+

Due to the nature of artwork, our refund and exchange policy differs from standard products. For more details, pleaseRefund & Exchange PolicyPlease check.

Other Error

The page appears broken or images are not displaying+

Please refresh your browser (F5/Cmd+R). If the issue persists, try a different browser (Chrome recommended), clear your cache, and try again.

The menu is not visible on mobile+

Please click the hamburger menu (≡) icon in the upper right corner of the screen. For the admin/artist portal, it is located in the upper left corner.
