ig @drools.yndrommm3 @3mmahye3e ‘귀여움’과 ‘기괴함이라는 세상에 함께 공존한 적 없던 두 가지 단어를 중심으로 작업한다. 서로 상충하는 두 감각이 한 몸 위에 병치될 때 발생하는 낯선 충돌은 대상을 가로지르는 긴장감을 지속시키며 보편적인 미적 기준을 비틀어낸다. 이 이질적인 조화 속에서 작가가 선택한 주된 매개체인 머리카락은 그의 내면에 자리한 소녀스러움과 우울함 그리고 희망을 전부 대변하는 수단이 된다. 섬세하고 부드러운 결 속에 복잡다단한 감정의 층위를 담아낸 머리카락은 차갑고 투박한 사물들과 결합하며 어색하지만 정교한 균형을 만들어낸다. 작가는 감각의 경계가 무너지고 어긋남이 유지되는 바로 그 지점에서 자신만의 독창적인 미적 세계관을 증명해 낸다. She explores her creative universe around two concepts that have rarely coexisted: ‘cuteness’ and ‘grotesqueness.’ When these two conflicting aesthetics are juxtaposed upon a single form, the unexpected friction creates an enduring tension—one that subtly destabilizes conventional standards of beauty. Within this heterogeneous harmony, hair—the artist’s primary medium—serves as a deeply personal conduit, embodying the interwoven layers of girlhood, melancholy, and hope within her inner world. Embedding complex emotional strata inside its soft and delicate threads, the hair fuses with cold, raw industrial materials, establishing an awkward yet exquisitely calculated equilibrium. It is precisely at this intersection—where perceptual boundaries dissolve and structural dissonance is meticulously maintained—that the artist articulates her singular aesthetic identity.
